MEET THE BAND

Won by One’s beginnings initiated during the summer of 2007 when a group of talented youth came together with a desire to praise God openly, and to shout his name through music and worship. Inspired by global artists such as Hillsong, Planet Shakers, Casting Crowns and Jesus Culture, Won by One’s praise is a testament to God’s graces, and the band’s faith. Composed of a number of vocalists and musicians, the band uses their God given talents to worship through the universal language of music. On January 4th, 2008, Won By One debuted with an incredibly successful praise concert. Later that year they went on again to lead a spiritually moving praise and worship night. They are proud to have shared the stage with multi award winning contemporary Christian artists like Dan Macaulay and Allan Froese while testifying of God's love through music. As a band that is devoted to Christian giving, the benefit concert proceeds are donated to the building of the St. Mathews Mar Thoma Church.

Returning to the stage on August 21st, 2010 they will lead in a night of music, worship and fellowship. Motivated by a passion for Christ, Won by One hopes to ignite revival and bring people from all walks of life into his presence. Click here for more information.
